...Are those the same Christians that claim this Religious section of Yahoo to be Christian property?

Or are those non-religious Christians not the same ones that claim to own a religious section? Non-religious people claiming a religious section would be rather silly, so it's probably two different denominations, right?

I always have a problem keeping the many Christian denominations apart, so excuse me if this question might sound ignorant.

People can claim anything and it does not make it that way.

I think that Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship with the living God. However, I think that everyone is welcome here if they follow community guidelines.

This is also a spirituality section, so even if one is not religious they can be here under this category. And all people who has interest in this section does not have to even like religion or be spiritual, but this is what this section is about.

Person is not necessarily a Christian if the person happened to be born into that religion. Person is not necessarily religious or spiritual when visiting this site.

Different Christian denominations are basically different worship styles. Not a big deal. I believe that Catholics are Christians but I never would want to be a member in that church. I think it is great that we have options.

Christian apologists tend to compartmentalize their thought.

One idea can conflict with another idea (in this case "this section is for the religious" and "we are not a religion," to say nothing of the parts of the Bible that talk about how it's good to be religious) because they don't think about both ideas at the same time.

I'm a Christian, and my perception has been that there are far more non-christians in here, so maybe...just maybe...your perception is wrong about us claiming yahoo as Christian property . Just a thought!

I think it's pretty obvious that YA is not Christian property!

u.s. hasn't been "stimulated and guided" by utilising Christian suggestions, as you place it. u.s. has been "stimulated and guided" by utilising the suggestions that "all adult males have been created equivalent", and that everybody has the main appropriate to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness". the place slavery suits into all that, i do no longer comprehend. I wasn't there. you have have been given to undergo in ideas, however, like Joseph from the Bible, many slaves that have been transported to the Colonies from Africa, have been bought into slavery by utilising their very own households. No, that doesn't make it precise on everybody's section, yet even however the white adult males ought to shoulder the almost all the blame, somebody bought them into slavery, and that they could ought to possess portion of it.

Do you have any idea, at all, how many heads you are going to hurt with this one?

(Probably not as many as some of the folks you're talking about, anyway.)

EDIT: It just occured to me that if they really want their own section so badly, maybe they should lobby for it at Family and Relationships! Relationships with Jesus! :-D
