I completely agree with you. None of us knows the answers for sure. We are all choosing a set of theories or ideas to believe in based on our experiences in life and what makes "sense" to us and what doesn't. In the end, it all does come down to faith, which is something we all have. The Bible was right when it said God put a measure of faith into all of us, but what we choose to put our measure of faith in -- whether it's science or religion -- is totally up to us. Until the day we die, we won't know for sure how right or how wrong we were about our beliefs.
Even though I'm a born-again Christian, I fully expect to find some surprises when I get to Heaven.

God is the only thing that makes sense. They have made up rules to make their science work, and they are some brilliant people to come up with these theories, but God is the only way that answers every question.
There is no way that any science can determine the origin of the entire universe, all from this 1 tiny little planet, in one system. It would be only one perspective from one place in one galaxy.
It is too big. And if it truly happened Billions of years ago, there is also no way that all the data and events that happened over such a long period of time could be analyzed in the last 100 or so years and then a true point be rendered.
God loves all of you people, just open your mind that it is possible that there is a God.
I have studied evolution, and looked at it from a scientfic side, but I have read nothing that comes even close to making me believe that all this just happened randomly. It is impossible.
God is the answer. If you really want to know where God came from? You are going to have to make to Heaven to ask Him, and saying he does not exist is not helping you get there.
All I know is, if I am wrong, I will die and my existence will be over. But you evolutionist are wrong, it is a long and painful eternity.. and I do not want to see that for anyone.
Reach out to God and He will reach out to you.

There is probably never an "only thing" that will settle an argument.
But, I think you continue to have a flawed understanding of Science.
Remember, lots of scientists believe in God but not Creationism.
Also, effect without a cause is not accepted by anyone. I know of no spontaneous events in the Bible, just a beginning. Eve eats the fruit BECAUSE of the temptation of the serpent. Joseph goes to Egypt BECAUSE his brothers sell him into slavery (BECAUSE they are jealous!) Paul becomes a Christian BECAUSE of his vision on the road to Damascus.

First, science does not have flawed beliefs. Science is a process, not a belief system. People may base their beliefs on scientific theories but that's not a problem of science.
Second, you have solved absolutely nothing. You Christians never get it through your head that no logical problem is ever solved by renaming it to "God" and then screaming "YOU CAN'T QUESTION GOD! HE JUST IS! ALWAYS WAS!"
If you can ask how does the Universe begin and then insist the answer is God, I will just ask what caused God. It's the same problem with a different name.
I bet you will refuse to understand this.

False.
The universe is a constant. Matter and energy can neither be created nor destroyed.
The Big Bang is not an invention to explain the unknowable, it is an acknowledgment of the fact that all objects are moving outward, away from a central point in the universe, an undeniable fact. A fact that is not addressed in your silly cosmology of talking snakes.
Your God is a fable and your understanding of science is feeble.

What do you mean science has a problem? Science looks for answers. It does so thru rigorous methods, testing, and observation. It is because of this we have highly reduced the amount of disease in the world. Before science took over, religion just told people that plagues were punishment by god.
Something to think about, whenever science and religion have disagreed, science has always turned out to be right.

Just because science does not have all the answers does to lead to the existence of God. The idea that if you don't why something happened so you say it was God is just an easy way out of finding the truth.

"Science has the problem&flawed belief that their must always of been something that came prior"
Untrue; quantum physics contains uncaused events.
When your very first sentence has a serious error, it's hard to take any of the rest of it seriously.
And "God" will do nothing but complicate matters, because you have to explain where God came from. Saying that God can be uncaused but that the universe cannot is the fallacy of special pleading.
(only someone desperate to 'slam' the above FACTS would give me a thumbs down--I feel sorry for whoever does)

Saying God only delays the question a step because now you have to ask what was before God. You added a step with no evidence for it and that just makes the whole think more complicated for no reason
Google Occam's Razor and you will see why that is not a good thing to do.

Belief in a mythical god doesn't answer your question either. If god exists, who created god? Just saying "he's eternal and always been around" doesn't answer anything, it's just a way to pretend there's an end to the question.
At least science has ways of answering the what came before questions through research, observation, and experimentation. Delusional god-believers simply pretend the "what came before" question doesn't apply to their god -- the equivalent of sticking your head in the sand.
Sorry, religion provides no real answers to anything -- while science at least has the possibility of doing so.
Peace.
