i found 5 kittens just being left out on the sidewalk and i was told that they've been there for days exposed in the heat and rain so i took them in my flat to nurse them until they're older, but i can't keep them for long since pets aren't allowed here in my condominium, i sneaked them in. and i have 2 cats already that i keep in secret. the prob is, here in my country, people are quite brutal to animals and doesn;t really care at all, we don't have any animal shelter. i already tried asking my friends if they would like to adopt some kittens, so far nobody likes them :/ if only i have my own place and a spacey one i would defenitely keep them. it breaks my heart too if i just have to leave them somewhere, but where? i'm still trying my luck to find someone who's interested in adopting them. but if ever i couldn't find one....where should i leave them? they need some place where they can survive.

It really depends on where you live. First of all, don't just call your friends to aks them if they want a kitten, take them there so that they see them and love them. If you can't manage, I am sure there must be a place where cats live and they are fed by people, like a park, or a riding club, etc. Or go in a neighbourhood with many gardens, where there are many cats. It's good that you try to save them.
PS.TRY A FARM IN THE COUNTRYSIDE OR A HORSE STABLE, THEY LIKE CATS THERE BECAUSE THEY HUNT MICE.

Try calling all your local vet clinics. Our one vet clinic also take in stray animals and adopt them out. I am sure this is very hard for you, as my partner and I have 10cats that most of them were strays. You could also put an add in the paper. Our newspaper doesn't charge anything for free ads, however you will kinda have to interview the people when they come to see the cats, (i.e. What do you plan to do with the cat? Where will it live-inside/outside? Do you have any other pets?) Just some examples to try and help you figure out if they will be good people. Also I don't know how you feel about it but lots of farmers like cats for outside mousers. Here in Nebraska we have an internet site called "Freecycle". If you want to see if you have a group like that in your area, then just go to Yahoo's home page and click on groups. When you get to the groups home page then type in your area or Freecycle. You will probably have to do some scrolling as there are lots of groups. If you need help with this then feel free to drop me an email. Hope these answer were helpful in some way and may your heart not break when you have to give them up.

Can you put up a flyer or two around town? Got a pet store nearby or vet's office? I'm not sure about your country, but in mine these places are always happy to help find homes for animals...they'd at least let you put up a note if not help get them adopted. Most don't even mind you setting up a box and giving them away out front as long as they are free. They might even give you a coupon for kitty food for their store for anyone who takes one. Keep in mind, if these cats are left outside and free, they will just keep multiplying and the problem isn't solved...

If you can keep them until they are weaned and litter box trained, you can more easily find them homes.
Clean them up, tie a pretty ribbon on each kitten's neck and put them in a comfortable box. Take the box to the market, and post a sign saying "Free Pet Kittens to a Good Home".
Please do not turn kittens loose to become feral and wild. It would be more kind to euthanize them than commit them to a cold, hungry, dangerous life on the streets.

Have you checked your yellow pages to see if you can find an animal rescue organisation? You could also try placing an advert in the local paper to see if anyone wants a kitten.
Well done to you for being so kind and thoughtful for taking them in.

Take them to your local humane society. Be careful about advertising them for free, as people have been known to feed them to snakes, or harm them just because. Should you not be able to get them in at the Humane Society, if you do decide to advertise them, ask for veterinary references; in fact, make it a stpulation, to ensure their going to good, and loving homes, that they deserve. Best of luck!!

that depends on where "your country" is. i mean if you dont have an animal shelter, no one will take them, and you cant keep them, you are going to have to let them go. Im sorry but just try to find a save place, maybe close to another place where someone else (who can) will take them in.
