I run 2 miles every night with my dogs, which takes about 20 minutes. Is that enough? I also eat very healthy.

I am very happy with my weight. I am 5'7 and 115, but I have always been active and athletic. I don't run to lose weight, I do it to stay in shape! I heard you are supposed to do a minimum or 30 minutes a day, and I only do 20. When it isn't so hot I sometimes walk for an hour in the afternoon and run 1 mile at night. I am 19 by the way. That's a good way to mainttian your current weight and help tone your body while building cardio, yes! Go girl!!! Finally, someone who knows how to be HEALTHY...
