You're not working out too much, but you're not eating enough. You can eat 2 or 3 small meals each day and still lose weight with exercise. You want to keep a steady intake of vitamins throughout the day to help with your energy and metabolism. But 5'4" and 130 lbs, that's a very good size.

You should ALWAYS have a day off during the week for your body to recover. And in order to fuel your workouts, you should eat more than once a day, that's just not smart. Try eating small meals during the day instead of one big one, your body will continue to metabolize the food all day that way and won't go into starvation mode, which causes it to store fat and burn muscle.

Also, ask your doctor how much you should weigh, you're the same height as I am and 130 is supposedly within our normal weight range... The max you should lose in a week, on a HEALTHY regimine, is 2 pounds.

In addition, try lifitng weights. You will tone and build muscle and burn more fat if you add light weights to your cardio.

And stop feeling guilty, you're trying to get fit... Geez... lol

You are losing a lot of muscle, not fats. Your body is in starvation mode with such a low calorie intake. This is our body's survival mechanism. If your calorie intake is too low, the basal metabolic rate in the body will drop automatically and when it need calories it will take from your muscle first, not your fats. When you lose muscle, your basal metabolic rate drop even further. Thus when you are back to a more normal diet, you put on weight so much faster due to the lack of muscle. This happens for all yo-yo dieting. You are losing fast, but lots of it are muscle and the way you do it, your metabolic rate have dropped too much. Are you going to keep eating lesser and lesser to maintain the weight? My advice to you is to eat back your normal meals, just change it to healthier choices and carry on your aerobic. Your weight loss might not be that fast, but it will be more permanent.

In addition to the above, you should eat a small (nutritious - not frosted flakes) meal within the first hour after waking up. This will set your energy level and metabolism for the rest of the day.

I use to instruct aerobics so I continually feel that the frame demands one days relaxation why do 7 days as I feel that turns into a truly obsession with the frame snapshot we now have so take an afternoon out & do not anything sure the frame demands to have a day out too

No. For the vast majority of people 30 minutes a day is not even close to overtraining.
