I would hope everyone would say no! God created each of us to be unique. We are who God made us and that cannot be changed.

If the answer is yes, why? Why are you unhappy with who you are? You have not found YOUR purpose in life then.

God has a unique purpose for each of us and it is up to us to follow that purpose. If you choose not to follow, you will feel like you wish you were someone else or never created in the first place.

I have never wished that I was never created, but in all honesty I have wished I was someone else. No one particular, just someone when things have gone tough for me. I have sometimes wondered why have chosen the life I have chosen for myself, when I could have chosen something better or easier. Then I quit feeling sorry for myself and accept the life I have and know that I have chosen this life to learn, to walk in these shoes.

When I was a kid, I wished I could be my brother. He never had to do chores and my father loved him best. When I grew up, my life got pretty bad for a while. But at age 30 my brother committed suicide. He was even more miserable than I was. I really learned a lesson with that. Even though I thought my bro had a charmed life, He was really unhappy. It was ok to be myself and make my own life better. God has blessed me so much in my life, I am glad to be who I am.

NO.
I am happy to have been me, and to have gone through what I have and to still be faitful and am now reaping some rewards of that faith, will continue to be challenged and continue to grow in Gods grace and his word until I'm called up. I was created for him and love him and am glad that I made it through some hardships where I actually did feel I wished those things... I'm glad I made it through to the other side of them and am all the better for having done it.
Anyone who is feeling that way, hold on! Stay faithful, he'll lead you through it, just let him....
