no, you don't hate her. You just don't get along with her. You don't wish she died right? If something really bad happened to her and you could not see her anymore, you would hurt. Anyways, if she did not move out there is nothing you can do but try to keep the peace in the house and do your own thing, by the way you write you are probably not old enough to move out anyways.

What is it about your sister that you hate? Is it the way she acts or the way she looks or the way she gets more attention? Think about what exactly makes you hate her then ask yourself why? How does that make you feel about yourself? Are you not as good as her? Are you not as attractive as her? Do you get looked over while she's getting all the attention? Once you've identified what it is that you hate and why it bothers you so much, you'll have a foundation for improving your relationship with her.
Most often when we're upset by someone else it's because they're showing us something about ourselves that we have to work on. She is your mirror. Ask yourself what you can learn from her being the way she is. You may be surprised at the answer.
Just to give you an example, I used to think I hated my mother because she was so judgmental. I finally figured out the reason that bothered me so much is because I was judgmental but I wasn't seeing that. I needed to have her in my face in order to point it out. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about yourself and to work toward becoming much happier with who you are. Instead of being angry that she's still there, take this opportunity that's being presented to you and use it in a postive way that will help you.

first of all, hate is a strong word.
second of all though, i know wat u mean about hating ur sibling cuz i hate mines. all 6 of them. if one of them was moving out and then didn't, I"D be the one that would move out cuz personally i couldn't stand living with the loons ya know? hope this helps! good luck, ;)
