it doesnt help that i have to see him around the town with her. when i see him i feel like im going to faint. iv not had to bump into him in the street yet and i hop i dont have to. can anyone help?

The only thing that will help is finding someone to spend your time with so that you aren't thinking about him. It hurts to get dumped, but let yourself know that he wasn't good enough for you anyway. Came up with a lousy excuse that was a lie. So if he couldn't be honest and tell you that he was wanting to go out with someone else, he would've been dishonest about something else and it's good that you didn't waste another 9 months on him.

Be with your friends, enjoy your life and everytime he will cross ur mind just tell yourself,he doesn't deserve someone like me and he's the one who lost because he let me go. If time will come that he will cross your mind divert your mind to something or someone else. Don't sacrifice and be in pain for someone who don't deserve even a single drop of it.Prove to him that your better without him cause the more he will see you in pain and you did not get over him yet,the more he will be happy and satisfied.

Its been 14 weeks for me and im still couting. but its not so bad because we live in different towns so i can only imagine the pain your goiong through. The only way is to stay in or go to different places, i know you should not have to do this but if ur wanting to not see him with her cos it makes you feel ill then you will have to keep away. keep away just enough time till you can heal and ur ready to walk with ur head high in the town and be over him!
face it when ur ready as there is no other answer.

i know its so easy to say and so not easy to hear but what you really have to do is forget about him ... my first love and i broke up under very stupid circumstances, thinking about it i cant even remember why, then less than two weeks later he was going out with one of my best friends .... as you can imagine this was agonising, as not only did i have to see him, everytime we were socialising but all i could think was did he want her when he was with me ... they were together for about 3years and it took some very very hard work on my part to get ovr him, as i had to continually nit-pick for faults which i would find unattractive, only finally when i moved away and didnt have to see him could i actually forget about him because i was more focused on enjoying myself .... so that is my advice to you, go out with your mates, have fun, and revel in any male attention you receive, as long as its in safe situations though, this really is the only way to do it, make sure you are happy and focused in every other aspect of your life and before you realsie it will be 1week, 2weeks and youll suddenly realise he hasnt even fleetingly entered your thoughts. good luck to you, i hope it works out ok.

i know exactly what you're going through... my boyfriend told me he wanted a break and his ex came back to town over the summer and he said that he wanted to end it for a while, i asked why and he said that he just needed time. the next day i saw his f***ing ex girlfriend in his car. you deserve better than that. go out with some friends and enjoy life. men are pigs and deserve to die!!! good luck:)

if u really loved him he will always be in the back of your head. but thats only if you really loved him. just think positive about how you can find someone who actaully WANTS to be with you and enjoys you. women do not deserve crap like bfs hurting them. do activities and dance while playing a happy song heres one " i will learn tolove again" by Kaci

think about why you two broke up. you obviously still have feelings for him but just try to remember that what he did was wrong. if he did it with you, he will do it with that polish girl too. and think to yourself, do you really want that??
