that the power of prayer is actualy the power of your mind minipulating the energys of the universe to manifest what you desire? and the fact that you believe gives power to the prayer so that that prayer becomes reality? and if the answer is yes than wouldn't that be magic?

Scientific studies have shown that the power of prayer is the same as the power of a placebo or meditation.
A person praying for healing does better than one not praying, but does the same as a person who just meditates.
A person who is told that they are being prayed for does better, but it does not matter if the prayers are said or not. It has the same effect as giving a sugar pill and being told that this will help.
A person who is prayed for, but not told does no better or worse than people not prayed for.
As far as medical recovery is concerned, and I really do not see why that should be any different than anything else, prayer does nothing.
What is can do is put you into a meditative state. But meditating will be more effective.
Also it could help marshal your thoughts about a problem. But taking 5 minutes to really think about that problem and how you are going to solve it will be more effective.

Were it both a mechanism and an end in and of itself. Prayer is faith based interaction with a higher power. Prayer gives the power to the user. Magic claims to be the power invoked by the user.

The connection between "The Universe" and Prayer is BS. What happens is you focus. That's it.
Why not use it all the time, no need to pray to use the power or the brain. Just use it. It's what it's there for.

That really wouldn't be magic. More of a self-fulfilling prophecy. If something is feasible and you want it bad enough and you're willing to take action, it tends to happen.
Also, there's the power of positive thinking. Mind over matter. People with a positive outlook are more likely to survive hard times.

To everyone who's lost someone they love
Long before it was their time
You feel like the days you had were not enough
when you said goodbye
And to all of the people with burdens and pains
Keeping you back from your life
You believe that there's nothing and there is no one
Who can make it right
There is hope for the helpless
Rest for the weary
Love for the broken heart
There is grace and forgiveness
Mercy and healing
He'll meet you wherever you are
Cry out to Jesus, Cry out to Jesus
For the marriage that's struggling just to hang on
They lost all of their faith in love
They've done all they can to make it right again
Still it's not enough
For the ones who can't break the addictions and chains
You try to give up but you come back again
Just remember that you're not alone in your shame
And your suffering
When your lonely
And it feels like the whole world is falling on you
You just reach out, you just cry out to Jesus
Cry to Jesus
To the widow who struggles with being alone
Wiping the tears from her eyes
For the children around the world without a home
Say a prayer tonight
There is hope for the helpless
Rest for the weary
Love for the broken heart
There is grace and forgiveness
Mercy and healing
He'll meet you wherever you are
Cry out to Jesus, Cry out to Jesus

I don't believe in magic
And yet . . . if it were possible . . . then everyones' wants (you called them prayers), would collide with everyones' 'prayers' and we would have this 'energy' being manipulated by all these different people, and stuff would be going back and forth in a crazy weird reality . . . one second I would have money in my pocket and the next, someone would take it out of my pocket and put it in theirs due to their 'prayers' . . .
God is real and in charge . . . magic, certainly the type you just hypothesized, is a wish that you were God.

Sounds like the same New Age garbage people have peddled for centuries. No, prayer is about a relationship with an active "living" God. Those of us who know Him understand this. Don't try to turn our faith into the sham your beliefs stand for.

believe is a word used when one has no empirical evidence. in eastern traditions, one's focus becomes aligned and allows the chi to be centered, therefore making the goal orientation more productive.
magic is different.

No.
However, I do think that if someone believes strongly that God can heal them, the mind can create that healing. The mind is more powerful than humans know. It is possible to heal your body through a belief that it can be healed.
