I've thought about that, I wonder if it would have been weird for him to baptize others in His name?

And for Meamy, God created us to be curious (why do you think we ate the apple?)!

Look carefully and you might find as many as 4 verses that contradict that verse. Also look at the King James Version and you will find that verse in parentheses... which means that it was found in some sources and not in others.

Those who have their entire focus on the crucifixion are puzzled by John's baptism of repentance for the FORGIVENESS OF SINS. They don't think Jesus could have been involved in that kind of thing. But it appears that he was.

No. Not at all. Seeing how His Disciples (and the Church today) are merely doing EXACTLY what Jesus told US to do in His own words: "Go into all the world, make disciples of all nations - AND BAPTIZE THEM, in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost."

Jesus didn't baptise with water, (the baptism of repentance), instead, He baptised with the Holy Spirit

Jesus baptizes believers not in water but with the Holy Spirit and fire (Luke 3:16).

Jesus said he baptised with spirit, not water.
his fololwers baptisms were symbolic of the spiritual baptism that had already taken place.

So that no one could brag of it. Some would have used this as a reason to try and usurp authority over the apostles.

Not his mission. His was a baptisim of blood and fire. He came to fulfill the law. It was John's mission to baptise, and now it falls to us.

I have a question for you: Have you ever wondered why men don't birth babies? You don't question God, for when you do you make it seem as if what he did isn't good enough. Be content with how he made things happen. I really hate it when Christian men and women have the feud of the twelve disciples being men. Get a life! Worry more about the millions if not billions of people who don't know Christ and who are going to hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. Paul didn't baptize many people either.
