They are most concerned with power and money. To this end, they are most concerned with getting and controlling converts and keeping them away from alternate belief systems.

most of the "revivals" of today are focused what one can get from God . . . money, a full life, an abundant life . . .

Real revival is when a person or persons see how sinful they are in the hands of a living God! This renewal spurs change!
Change in the person having the renewal.

what I have seen in my own church is a lot of grown people act like kids if a church wants to grow it has to know that when a member gets there gas shut off they might need help but my church just turns there head the other way too bussy praying that they get a newer car cause there car is a couple years old

Winning new people to Christ
bringing the church back to Christ so they dont get on here and say dumb things like "have more faith and your problems will go away."
Even Atheists know thats not true.
