That means you are losing control. Losing teeth symbolize losing control and in your case, losing so much blood could mean you are emotionally hurt by things people said about you and caused you losing control as well

A lot of people have the teeth falling out dream. I have read that it could have to do with your insecurities of how others view you. The blood thing I haven't heard, however I would imagine it could mean insecurity about your health.
