I know the Q108 is old Conrail Mail-46 and Q115 is Conrail TV-5, but I can't convert the above listed intermodal symbols. Also, where did the NS trackage rights train B32 (CSX Z329) come from? Was it part of the CR INEL/ELIN?

It's possible, or they might be part of the Norfolk Southern Corporation system now. This is all I can speculate since Conrail was split between CSX and NS.

I would imagine that there is no direct sucession between Conrail and CSX symbols. Even though a train may be ran frequently, it isn't scheduled and can appear or disappear at anytime.
