Well no but I think I can run some numbers.
According to this forum here and statistics posted here.
89% of american people beleive in God
Of that 89%, 80% are Christian.
Of that 80% I would say 75% of them are complete morons. (Based on thier answers/questions)
Of the 75% of morons I would say that 2% may have a BA or higher in English (Based on the aspect thier aswers and questions are idiotic yet comprise of wonderful grammar)
So based on my numbers I would guess 73% of the Christian population carrry this belief. (In the USA) (Proud to be American!!)

Good question, but I don't have an accurate answer.

I recently listened to an interview with Eugenie Scott on the Skeptics Guide to the Universe. Apparently, Creationism and Intelligent Design (apparently two distinct camps, despite their common ground) have implemented yet another deceitful tactic besides their wedge tactic of "teaching the controversy". According to Scott, they are now trying to make the words evolution synonymous with the word atheism.

For some time they have been deliberately using the word Darwinism in place of evolution, as if it's a belief system or some sort of philosophy. In light of that, this newer deliberately misleading development is not surprising.

It is really hard but can be done. I used to read this books about how to manifest what you want & you have to believe if you are to get it. I wanted a raise of $500 a month but I wasn't really working or making any money for the company I worked for. I read this book called "Creating True Prosperity" by Shakti Gawain. I did what it said to do & I called my boss & I didn't even have to ask. I was telling his what was going on & why I couldn't work & that are bills were so high because we were spending alot of Doctors at the time. By boss said "why don't I bump you up $500 a month, would that help?" Of course, I accepted & I knew it was because I forced myself to believe something. I had actually done this many times & had alot of success with it...Actors sometimes believe something so much it really messes up their minds. I think Heath Ledger was playing a part that was getting to him before he passed away.

Statistics, probably not. But it is a good guess that almost all Theists believe the two are interchangeable. And they are of course wrong on at least two levels.

100%, that is, if you accept that the stories of creation are pure hogwash, and evolution is the reason for the diversity of life on earth, than you also reject the idea that god is the cause of life.
but atheism rejects any myth concerning the existence of any diety, and not just the primitive stories from Genesis.

Where's labgrrl or one of our other resident professional scientists?

Either we take shifts to keep a count, get creative with the archives or design a reasonable study to look at a random sampling.

Or we just keep chuckling to ourselves over their lack of comprehension.
