It could mean that:

You have happiness within your family plus honor and dignity.
You have a deep innocence and you have a new self seeking to develop.
You have a need for fun and carefreeness
Your inner self is happy (yet you may feel the need to persue love affairs
Beneath the surface you want to get to the bottom of things
Your strong and you may have victory over enemies but slight family quarrels
You have a feminine projection and an improved image but how do you want to be seen in the outside world.

I hope this helped

Psychic premonitions are a warning, not a definate. I've made the mistake of having a very strong feeling about someone leaving me and then possibly bringing it upon myself by acting differently. Dreams are rarely premonitions, it's just your head running through what's it's thinking about that happened, is happening and may happen. If she thinks her boyfriend is going to leave she must be feeling some guilt she may not even notice. The dream could mean anything. My boyfriend is wonderful to me in real life but for some reason in my dreams he's horrible and demeaning...I've had to learn to ignore it because it just doesn't mean anything. She should calm down, come back to real world and maturely discuss it with her man if she has something to say to him.

it could mean that you've made a recent decision (moved house) about something. At the time it seemed like you made this decision because you though it may bring you stability (house u lived in as a child/looking for your neighbours). However you are having doubts (neighbours moved away) about this being the right decision. This is because from this decision, your current situation is presenting as unstable (sinking in quick sand) and it seems as if your decision has been presenting more trouble than it's worth (sinking). From what I get, I belive that at this moment your decision means that u are reliant on your husband (husband tries to grab you arm) and u r worrying about losing this reliance (sinking further and further). Starting to suffocate - could mean that ur worried about this decision causing u to lose something that u find extremely valuable.

Your childhood and children in the dream signify your stability at this time. Shouting for help, from someone who couldn't provide the help perhaps means you need to become a stronger individual. It is common to dream within a safe home environment, you have a strong base already. We could all improve different areas of our lives and I think dreams can provide symbolic diagnosis and solutions.

Hi Natalie,

I am no expert at dream interpretation. Just a few question that popped into my head when I saw your question:
* Did you recently achieve something that you wanted for a long time?
* If yes, having achieved it, do you feel that you have not get everything that you hoped you would?
* Are you feeling frustrated because of this?

Please note that I might be completely off the mark, just trying to help out with whatever little I understand about dreams. Hope this helps. You can also try getting more info from the book.

Regards,
Vishnu

Somehow you are feeling trapped in your marriage and you are thinking that your husband is failing to help you.

But you should look at the positive sides of your life, your kids and family. Its not possible to go back to the childhood and remember, thats the only thing that makes the memories so precious.

The first guy is right about freud - he believes dreams are our sub concious fears - it seems to me you want your children to have a happy childhood as you did, and the fear is that something wil happen to you and you will not live to see it - its a fear a lot parents have - its just a dream playing it out as it were!

It means you're a bit stressed about something. You probably have a lot on at the moment don't you, and maybe the people around you aren't helping as much as you would like them to. The link to childhood probably means that it is making you feel a bit insecure like you might have as a child.

It means you feel overwhelmed by the responsibilities of your present life and wish to return to simpler times with less burdens. The quicksand represents the present day reality and is pulling you back, your suffocation means you don't want to go back to all of the things tying you down.

i think that returning to your past makes you feel stuck and suffocated. Even though it would be good for your kids its not for you. think about how you felt when you saw your kids playing and then when the quiksand came. something is probably bothering you unconciously. you should get some time to analyze whats realy going on, with your self.
