hi. im 13. i weigh 105 pounds and im 5'5 1/2. is that normal? i have really bad eating habits. any ways i can get healthy. (by bad eating habits i mean all i eat is poptarts, cereal, and sunkist)

well your metabolizim isnt going to be the same when you are going to be 16 TRUST ME! but by you wanting to change youre eating habits that shows you have responsibility at a young age so go ahead pat yourself on the back. well eating breakfast every day is the best thing you could do! fruit veggietables, anything with tons of vitimens in it will make you have a thinner body structer glossy and thicker hair. clear skin. so many good opportunitys by doing this. go to your doctor he or she will be more then happy to help you. i am glad this generation is wanting to become more healthy!

you are 13 enjoy eating what you want while you can you have all the time in the world to worry about dieting when you are 23. that is not to say don't be healthy, but you are a good weight for your height so you have nothing to worry about. stay active have fun and eat what you want with moderation.

stay away from fried and oily foods, anything thats made out of white flower like poptarts, pancakes, cookies, pasta (choose whole wheat one), cakes, white bread, pizza etc.
eat 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
eat whole grain, whole wheat things like whole wheat bread and old fashioned oatmeal, Kashi cereals
eat proteins like lean meat, soy products, legumes, milk products
snack on dried fruit and veggies, yogurts

That's still normal don't worry about it. Just eat what you want and burn those calories by having fun with your girl friends..
