I would suggest playing DDR. If you have a game system at home you can buy a game/mat. It has a program on there that tells you how many calories you burned after each song. It's a really good way to lose weight and get in shape. Some schools require kids to play this game to keep them in shape. I hope you try this game. It really works. :)

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Ur doing ok. It is normal 2 hit a plateu after a while. U haven't mentioned anything about ur diet changes. One will loose weight by burning calories as well as decreasing the intake of calories.Ur burning calories alright but what about reducing their intake also ? If u do only one thing, u would succeed only partially. Consult a dietititian 4 that.

sometimes when you are trying loose weight you loose weight but then you start gaining weight . it may be because you are gaining muscle weight. muscle weight weighs more than fat weight. dont look at the scale look at how your clothes are fitting. how you fisically feel. just keep up with excersise and eating healthy and you will be okay. dont let the scale discourage you.

you may have to bump it up a notch..if youre healthy enough to do them...try a few sessions of interval wind sprints...i do the length of my yard...walk back..sprint again...do a set of 10 a day for a couple weeks...and clean up the eating even more...replace a meal or two with a good protein shake ...stair sprints in your house or apartment are good also..drop down and knock out pushups throughout the day...i usually do 100 per day..which isnt a ton...but it burns calories and they tone you up too

Maybe you should try some light lifting. Nothing too serious, but it sounds like your body has gotten used to your routine. Shock it a bit by doing something different.
