What do you think,,
In many cases it seems to me that there can be negative undertones to the act of hypnosis. be it spiritual or whatever.

Do you have a spiritual or biblical perspective of whats behind this practice?

Something tells me, many types (not necessarily all types) but many types of hypnosis are unhealthy to the partaker.

i affirm that some types may be helpful, but i want to peer a little deeper to see what is really going on.

Thanks

Many of the techniques used in hypnosis are shared by mystical, philosophical, and religious systems, including the occult. The “father of hypnotism,” Franz Anton Mesmer, was himself a practitioner of the occult—his method of inducing a trance was very similar to the way a medium conducts a séance. Hypnotism, along with Yoga and Transcendental Meditation, has always been linked to spiritual darkness. The newfound respectability of these practices has not changed their underlying nature.

Hypnosis is a way of retreive files from your deep mind which was your previous lifes memories. It caused your characters, your habits, your interests, your nightmere, your illness which is the way of heal your psychology problems. These theories may cause you to break off your believe in bible which tells you the life is only once which is god granted to you and your behaviours will be justiced after your life finished. Then you will be forever. I am not anti-christ, as a matter of fact, I was a Christian and I understand that is a method of practise myself to be purity. Which is correctly but the theories will be blocked into a well where you got everything but cannot come out. Budha said, you got this and you will have that too. Good or Bad are the point of views. Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind of a person. While under hypnosis, a person is susceptible to suggestions. Statistically, some people are easier to be hypnotized. So hypnosis does have a dark side if it is used for wrong way.

There are various types of hypnosis. There is a waking form and a sleeping form. Entrainment is a way of programming someone to get a preferred result. It can be used for positive growth for the individual, for getting information out of the individual, or to get a person to react a certain way to a specific stimulus (hence: politics, religion, consumption...).

The television is a very powerful tool for hypnosis, especially mass-produced hypnosis. You are dealing with some very intense psychological warfare there.

the guy will think of they seem to be a chicken on condition that they are keen. The darkish section is from 'staged' hypnosis you spot in the media. I even have used it on my daughter for greater advantageous grades, which she needed, yet wasn't disciplined adequate without the help of hypnosis. it fairly is abused like something however the advantages far outweigh the unfavourable. it may additionally be used for self-therapeutic applications the two actual and psychological. i bought an audio equipment for my help.

Hypnosis is not nearly as damaging as the religious indoctrination of a child. This indoctrination using fear and false promises of an afterlife as a tool to manipulate and control their behavior and thinking for the rest of their lives is far worse than any hypnotic session. It retards them intellectually and they can never be properly educated after that!

Hypnosis works because humans have a deep-seated desire to give up control and simply be told what to do.

Which, I suppose, is also why religion works...

the only dark side to hypnosis is if you use negative, self depricating lines in it

The problem is our thoughts. We are to control our thoughts, not let someone else do it for us.
