like with your friends and family you know when there just grumpy all the time and they tell you to do stuff inthat mean tone.

I know the feeling. People say to be kind in return no matter how someone treats you. I always feel false when I do this, however if I'm mean back to them, they also get even meaner to me. It is a vicious circle. Just try to avoid mean people as much as possible. Don't let them have any control over your life. Good luck.

Then tell them that they should speak in a proper tone if they want something to be done for them and if not, refuse to do whatever they ask. Being nice sometimes gets you no where in this world, especially to those who treat you like an asshole.

Remember that being nice to them makes you different from them, which is what you should strive to be. Keeping our mouths shut when others hurt us is one of the hardest things I have ever experienced. It helps to remember that I would want my children to react with quiet dignity, so I should too.

its hard not to be nice but u gotta. the best way to defeat your enemies is to shower them with kindness. it will make them realize they cant get to you. and its not worth being mean if they gotta try so hard. it also makes u feel better cuz u know ur makin them angry without doing a single thing wrong
