Do some of you find it almost impossible to say I love you to someone?
If you cant actually say it but you think you no you do love them, do you think it means you dont love them? Or you just cant say it but you really do love them.

I believe if you can say it really easy for the first time that you dont really love the person. I was dating someone for 3 months + and he said he loved me yet it was said real easy. Almost with no feeling or emotion to it.

ACtually, you'll usually find the opposite. People say I love you and dont mean what they say. The true word "love" is an uncondirional relation with that person, you can yell, scream, make mistakes, and always be forgiven, all because of love. Now with definition, and if you see it the same way, I can see how saying "I love you" can feel restrictive, those that have grown up with a tele in their face since they were 2 can say it to anyone and not even remember it 5 seconds later. It all depends on how important the words are to you and if you take them for their true meaning.

Yes it is hard, I know I really love my bf (we've been together for 11 months now) but yet I can't say those three little words.
I think what stops me is that my bf has been so hurt in the past that he doesn't like to discuss his feelings (he has told me he finds it difficult) and I'm afraid that if I say 'I love you' he'll think I'm expecting him to say it back and pressuring him.
I know he has deep feelings for me and I do think he loves me, he just can't say it yet - his last two relationships ended around the 11-12 month period and that makes him even more uneasy as he didn't end either of them and even though he doesn't say much about it I think he was more open then about his feelings and that has made him more guarded.
Perhaps if we get past the 12 month period I'll find it easier to tell him and he'll be more accepting that I'm not pressuring him to say it in return.

Yes sometimes this words are the hardest because you may think that once you said it, you become vulnerable, it is like showing something essential in your soul and from the moment you say it you can become scared as if the fact that he knows it can make him hurt you. I believe that this is a normal feeling and all you need is time, patience and trust..One day that feeling will become so strong that you will just say it and you will fee great!

I love you is the easiest thing to say whether you mean it or not. It is only words, living up to it is the hardest thing.
You either don't know what love is, don't really love him, or are frightened of rejection. Whatever the case, be honest with yourself and him, and stop being wishy washy.

If you feel it then you know you do, -then you can say it with ease cuz its from the heart&soul. Whats hard is when the person you love has issues and wont commit!

Eh its easy to type but its hard as hell to say in person. But thats the good part. Me and my G/F can tell we love each other not by what we say but how we act.

It is not the hardest thing to say, only sumat inside you prevents you from sayin it.
Why? Because the heart and mind are not in agreement,if you like.
Your not ready, sure if it will be accepted the way you mean it.
