I intend to ask it until millions of others ask it and I get an answer that reaches the Senate and results in Justice. Silence is the enemy of democracy and the friend of crime.

Libby is nothing but a wisp of smoke, how do we tell people the House is on Fire? Republican and Conscience are not contradictory, those who put the two together are superior owing to the effort involved. Unfortunately there seem to be few Democrats who have figured out they don't have to cave in to Bush.

Um, you have to have evidence. Libby was lying to protect himself and his boss Cheney because he thought the the information he passed to reporters at the request of Cheney was in violation of the law. I am reasonably sure that Cheney asked him to lie because Cheney did not want the prosecutor to know that the administration was behind the leak - but unless Libby talks, there is no evidence of that.

No, and your premise is incorrect.

The question reveals an atrocious lack of understanding of the Libby case, and of the American legal system in general.

I have no idea whether this ignorance is willful or not. But I do find it sad.

How many times are you asking this question today? If i'm not mistaken, Libby was convicted of perjury. They never proved any of the other things he was accused of. Perjury, I believe is a choice one makes on his own.
