The key to losing fat and staying healthy is the amount of calories (which you need to reduce) and the quality of food (which needs to be better -- the thing is to eat as much of your diet as you can "raw" and organic).

My breakfast today was 1 cup of milk, blended in my Vitamix with 1 banana, about a cup of strawberries, and about 1/2 a cup of grapes, 1/3 cup of oatmeal, and tablespoon of flax seeds, and about a cup of ice to keep it cool. That's about 450 calories, and I ate an apple which gets me to about 500 or so.

Find the time?

It takes me less time to make my shake and clean the Vitamix than it takes you to boil that egg, toast that bread and eat it. I carry my shake with me to work and sip it over an hour or so. I eat the apple while getting ready for work.

I had about 3/4 cup of cooked oatmeal, sweetened with Splenda, and about 1/4 cup milk. I also had 8-10 ounces of orange juice, and 1 piece of toast.

I'm full of energy and ready to roll.

I had 2 8mm-thick slices of spam, and egg sunny side up, and a cup and a half of steamed white rice.

It's my only heavy meal of the day. I still have a 90-minute date with a ton of iron in the gym, plus about 2 hours of basketball later in the day.

I had 1.5 cups of plain Cheerios with rice milk. I also had a plain rice cake with 2 tablespoons of all-natural chunky peanut butter on top.
To wash it down, I drank a glass of water.
