You have mastered the art of marketting hyperbole -- or you have developed something entirely new.

To answer your question, no, I don't believe it.

"Unlimited storage cap" rings too much of hype. Also, the words don't match any product category I would expect. A camera isn't something that I expect to record solar energy -- and what does it mean to record it as a movie?

I expect this to be some kind of a joke, which, although strictly true, has nothing to do with collecting solar energy for power purposes, a camera preserving images, a sequence of images forming a moving record of events, and perhaps a special sense of "unlimited".

Can you tell us more about this design?

Go for it! If you come up with something good, make sure you apply for a patent:

A patent is a set of exclusive rights granted by a state to a patentee for a fixed period of time in exchange for a disclosure of an invention.

The procedure for granting patents, the requirements placed on the patentee and the extent of the exclusive rights vary widely between countries according to national laws and international agreements. Typically, however, a patent application must include one or more claims defining the invention which must be new, inventive, and useful or industrially applicable. The exclusive right granted to a patentee in most countries is the right to prevent or exclude others from making, using, selling, offering to sell or importing the invention.
