Restocking Fees......?

Has anyone or know of anyone who has been charged restocking fees from the following companies:
Best Buy
Apple
Sharper Image
Blockbuster
Hotel Mini Bar (from any hotel)

I was once charged by Best Buy, for an item that had been opened. I later found that if I claimed that it was "broken" upon receiving it, I would not be charged.
