Not what you want to hear but study and work super hard. Then do what you love, work for yourself if you cannot be employed doing what you love and strive to be the best in what you do. Set your goals, reexamine them every now and then and work towards them, not anything else and don't change them constantly.
Have a close eye on your finances. Settle for the least you can work with. Reexamine your decisions on luxury goods that are not necessary for you to live. Wise spending practices will make sure your wealth keeps building.

The secret is to work hard at something you love. Anyone that tells you there is an "easy" way to become rich is someone trying to rip you off.
