I can't reply to the comments or answers people leave and it's so annoying!

2 people told me that swimmers boobs tend to be small anyway, but this wasn't the question. I wanna find out what breast stroke can do for mine. I'm a 34E/G but I've lost a lot of weight and the only thing that I've lost weight on is my back size. My cup size hasn't got smaller. And I realy want smaller boobs!!! Just so that you can visulise Lucy Pinder is about the same size as me, boob and body!

Will swimming loads of breast stroke help to shrink my boobs??!!

(Ps, once I've left a question is there any way I can comment on peoples answers?)

I think exercise in general will help your boobs get smaller, but it doesn't have to do with what stroke you swim. The reason why you don't see large breasted women swimming is because a) women who swim competitively have little fat on their body, b) a women who naturally had large breasts would be at a huge disadvantage.

I actually think you would be more successful doing the crawl stroke because that has more of a cardio feeling (burn more fat) where breast stroke is more of a strength building. (Not that it can't be a high cardio workout, but usually it isn't in recreational swimming.)

Swimming will not help shrink your breasts unless you are overweight or have alot of excess bodyfat. Breast size is mainly determined by genes and hormones. It is possible to loose a cup size if you loose excessive amounts of weight but it is not likely since your breasts are large to begin with. You will build pectoral muscles though which may make them firmer and you will build strength to help your back handle the strain.

A surgical reduction is the only concrete way to reduce breast size.

Some pretty good arguments.
