Bits are the smallest units of information in a computer. A 32-bit processor means that it can process data and memory addresses that are represented by 32 bits. This is the normal processor used today. A 64-bit processor can process data and memory addresses that are represented by 64 bits, therefore doubling the amount of information that can be processed. This makes it useful for companies that use lots of data, such as Google or E-bay.
One of the biggest differences between 64-bit and 32-bit is that 32-bit can support up to 4GB of RAM while 64-bit can support approximately 1000000000GB of RAM (although Windows Vista supports a maximum of 128GB RAM, since so much RAM is a waste at this time and it is doubtful that we will need more than 128GB of RAM in the near future)!A 64-bit server can also support more simultaneous users.
But 64-bit computers need to have specially-made operating systems for 64-bit processors to take full advantage of their greater processing power compared to the 32-bit processors, and these types of operating systems are not available today to the public.

64 bit is a long chain of binary number which can support larger RAM, Hard Disk Space, etc. But you need the hardware to do it. Normally people use it for storage increase purposes. i.e. 256MB of RAM is not going to do us any good. 1GB of HDD capacity is unless to us these days. Why more? Because there are plenty of files out there and they need speed. 64bit is a way a go.

The only real advantage is the way it can address more than 4GB of physical memory (even though most 32bit Windows can only access 3GB).

the advantage of 64 bit are
you get a good quality of images
you get a beeter visual style
you can install more ram
but it also has some disadvantage
it use more processor
it use more memory

64 bit means it will process 64 bit data or throw the 64 bit packets in the network means process will be fast and completed soon rather than 32 bit
