I know they tone the muscles under neath your boobs, but can they make them smaller??

Often, they are smaller in female athletes. Likely as not, this is due to the lower ratio of fat in muscle-toned bodies, and the boobs would be no exception to that effect.

No. Breast stroke will have the effect of widening your shoulders - if you are a very avid swimmer that is. You may feel you look different in the boob area - it is just a consequence of the structural improvement you'll achieve with good exercise.

I really wasn't aware that breast stroke could do anything to your boobs. I honestly dont think it does.

This keeps being asked here. Yes, exercise makes breasts smaller. This is because breasts are primarily adipose (fat) tissue, and exercise reduces that first.
