can anyone please tell me which type of slot is available on intel 845G motherboards?

is it pci or agp (i mean for upgrading graphics card)

please tell urgently

If it is the 845GVSR, it has no AGP slot, just 3xPCI slots.

Intel 845 G Chipset supports 4X AGP Slot.

So you need to buy a Graphic Card that supports 4X AGP

Open you case and have a look....mine is a 915gav and i think thats the first motherboard to get pci-e, i just checked on intel it is agp...XFX GeForce 7600GT 256MB DDR3 Dual DVI HDTV 560Mhz 8xAGP is what you should get...its 220 dollars Aus on www.umart.com.au

845G has AGP for sure.
PCI should also be there. Can't see the in the list though.
