A teacher gave me a book 40 years ago as a gift that I love. It's called "The Archduke", and is historical-based fiction. It's more my favourite because it was a gift from someone who influenced me very positively, than from content.
My favourite to read is the set of 6 which make up the Thomas Covenant Chronicles by Stephen R Donaldson.
I read just about anything. When I was unemployed once, I decided to start at one end of the local library and just read until I finished or found a job. I found a job well before I ran out of reading material.

Yes, Jodi Picoult, My Sisters Keeper. So sad would def recommend. At the moment i'm going for true life stories about children growing up & the things that happen them. Some are very heartbreaking. I go through phases, i only read James Patterson books for a while and b4 that it was Stephen King but gone off his books now.

Kafka On The Shore by Haruki Murakami. It's a work of genius :o) I like books that are a challenge. I can't read things that only take me a day to get through, they bore me.

Wow, that's a tough one to answer. There are so many. Einstein's Dreams is a good one. American Psycho; the Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers; Violent Cases; The ABC Murders, geez, I can't pick a favourite.

I don't have one favorite book, but eight (so far). I love the Pendragon series! It's an awesome series. I normally go for comedy or adventure or mystery but this series is like all of those plus science fiction. I love it!

2 faves:
Cane River by Lolita Tademy (On Oprah's booklist)
Night by Eliezer Weisel
I usually like books with teenage drama or life problems. Most of the books on Oprah's bookclub list are good too.
