Unless you have actually entered a competition, then this could be one of three things:
1. A way of getting you to sign up for something (this is particularly popular with magazines/periodicals, the most notorious being Readers Digest)
2. A way of getting you to dial a premium rate telephone number to "discover" which prize you have won (generally it's holiday vouchers which are the apparently valuable but actually worthless items)
3. A way of getting your personal details.
If it's the first, and you're actually interested in the thing they're trying to sell you, then go ahead. If not, bin it.

Did you nter a contest sponsored by Coca Cola? If not, it's probably a scam. Email or call the company before you do anything with it.
