Well, everyone is born with sexual desire and sure teenagers will somehow have sexual desire like any other normal adults. They can't reveal it publicly but secretly instead through jerking off in secluded places.
Actually, it is not advisable for teenagers to jerk off too regularly as it will cause lose of concentration and poor memory. Just be moderate in term of mastubating frequency so it won't bring about any sexual related complications in your journey to adulthood.

i would say this is a great and safe way the relieve your stress and its perfectly normal just try to keep it at no more than once a day you dont want to turn a healthy habit into a full blown addiction.
