Iran:If a country wants international recognition and safety from US aggression don't it need nuclear weapons?

Hard to say.

However the US is the worlds biggest most arrogant country and the most deserving of a fall. Moreso the only places that don't get bullied by the US are their close associates, China, Russia, India and Pakistan. All protected by their nuclear arsenal.

In the eyes of other states the USA now holds a position like the old USSR. If you don't have nukes they will be coming to invade. Its a bit impossible because the USA also sees them as a threat and wishes to be quick to act.

why can't they just be nice and don't be a bully or pig headed - be nice ?!

but this aint going to happen I guess .. do they have reason to worry? are they supporting terrorists? as we have heard?

If they want international resognition for the right things why don't they try to be a provider of niceties to the world - ie charitable rather than dealers in death...

I thought they only wanted nuclear power to be able to make bombs and wipe israel off the map (remember when iraq wanted to do this and got the french [i think it was] to build them a reactor? and the israeli's wiped the place out...)

Are they only seeking a wierd form of suicide trying to attract the ire of the rest of the world (not just the US...) - can they be trusted to have what others have (no one trusts those who already have it - why let more idiots loose on the world?)..

Why are people so backwards in their thinking?If you really wanted international recognition and safety from U.S. aggression the last thing you would want is a Nuclear weapon.
That is why the U.S. is threatening you.If you had no aspiration to acquire such a deadly OFFENSIVE weapon the U.S. wouldn't bother you. Get the picture yet?

Nuclear Weapons does not give any advantage to Iran.USA is far away and it cannot deliver a bomb to USA or attack USA.For defence in its own land nuclear bomb cannot be used.Nearby countries China,Russia,Pakisthan and India are not their enemies.Iran Bomb will be only a Muslim bomb to terrorise world.The terrorist links to Iran are clear.An Iran bomb will help only terrorism and Muslim domination.If Iran develops only nuclear energy we can understand.Any bomb with Iran is a threat to civilised world esp,USA and the West.

Iran's leader has openly vowed to destroy Israel and slaughter her people. So there's no way in hell that Iran should be permitted to have nuclear weapons. Not until and unless they have a ruler who is at least sane.
