I hardly go to them, i use the super market but yeah they are like the car salesman throwing in a free bumper bar for your car!! haha :)

You must be in the UK or Europe. I haven't seen a butcher in the US in 30 years.

I've never met a butcher. I buy my meat from the coolers at Tops and from the deli. They just slice stuff, they dont kill it and package it.

Most of the time. Things like, 'Okay, I give you this remaining piece too', 'I'll thrown in this as well for a wonderful customer' , 'Oh, why not? For a sweet wonderful customer like you, ''Hey , you promised to come back yesterday, you sweetie pie !!!!'..... Oh lala..... its quite embarassing sometimes with many people around but it sure feels good.
