Congratulations! A far better question. But 100 marks? Out of how many? A percentage is a better way to express the value of a question.

You will find that communication is a major problem in business. You could make a presentation on communication in business. Cover topics as :
- poor communication systems
- results of poor communication
- effective communication methods
- ways to fine tune your 'effective' communication system
- training staff in these systems

etc.
