Lets see the LAW futurefbiguy. Maybe you should read the vague one paragraph 16th amendment yourself and how that constitutes a LAW.... try to find an actual law on the books that requires anyone to file a tax return or even an instance in which a judge or politician has actually been able to cite a law when asked to.

there is no law specifically saying we have to pay income tax,, however there is a place somewhere that says Congress will have the right to remedy things that area and I believe that is construed to mean levying taxes. The whiskey rebellion almost finished us before the country started so I don't know the exact section, but it's in there somewhere

The IRS says your question is frivolous. And the rest of government refuses to answer since its obviously clear that the IRC is legal gibberish and theres no way for it to make any logical sense whatsoever.

For probably the most comprehensive info on the subject see:

Are you that stupid? It's right in the constitution. Read it. It's not a terribly long document.

Did your tiny brain honestly believe there was no law forcing us to pay taxes after all these years?

Give me a break kid.

The power of taxation is inherent in the government even when there is so specific law because the state will not exist if there is no source of revenues that can be collected to defray its expenses.
