It really depends on what you need and are looking for. I'm pretty happy with my Samsung Blackjack. It gets much better reception that my Motorola RAZR3. The one megapixel camera is great...ideal for quick shots and blogging. It has an MP3 player, but I don't use it.
It has the best web browser I've ever seen on a cell phone. It has completely replaced my PDA...full sync capability with Outlook...contacts, task list and calendar. It works much like a Blackberry except a lot smaller and the Internet functionality is much better.
Now the iPhone looks really cool, but I'm sticking with my Blackjack for now.

I don't believe there can be a best. For example, some people will swear by their Motorola, others their Samson, etc.
Some users require merely a phone for making calls, others want every feature available from cameras and texting to web access, and more. Therefore, I believe the best phone out there is the one that best suits your requirements.

The key is to find a cell phone that fits your needs, for that everyone is different and so are their needs.
The cell phone I use is the Motorola MOTOMING A1200 PDA smartphone. It is more of a personal digital assistant (handhold computer) then a cell phone.

Well, the Sidekick is probably the most advanced. It's not exactly just a "cell phone" though. I love my Razr but they tend to scratch easily, and if you drop it, it's gone. Krzr's are cool too, even smaller than a Razr.

I like my motorola RAZR v3x
It has a mp3 player on it, less crap to carry on the train.
However, I'm sure that there are better phones out there.

The worst is definitely the Razor phone. Do not believe all the hype.... they suck..... you will be buying another one within a few months.

I like Samsung cellphones. I rarely have any trouble out of mine.
