What to do during the night-time in Singapore? OR any 24 hrs places to go for chill out?

if you're talking about dance clubs, Double O on Mohamed Sultan or the many clubs in Clarke Quay (MOS, Attica, Indochine). don't know about any 24 hr places, but most clubs are open til 3 or 4 am.

Mustafa is a store, not a place to chill out.

Mustafa is open 24 hours but it's not a chill place,you can go to party clubs or sit there just seeing the river.

Or the the best idea-night safari or disco
