How would I go about preparing for this? Would my current school keep all of my classmates updated contact information? I go to a small private school.

Try classmates.com or reunion.com. You can organize a class reunion from there. A fee applies...in addition to a yearly subscription.

You would mention you were interested to the other active members of the class - the class president, VP, etc. Your current school can only do so much. Colleges usually have an alumni magazine; if you join the alumni association, pay your annual sunscription fee and write to them when you move, they will keep your address.
High school classes generally have reunions off-campus. College classes usually have at least a booth on the quad on Homecoming weekend.
