I can't really say - poor dear - she needs yet more exposure - I think her media profile is in no way overhyped and just can't think why it is that her 23 hours and 55 minutes a day shows can't last all day! Every day! Forever! Coz, she's not in the media for the five minutes that the news is on - oh look, now she is. (yes, I'm being sarcastic!)
Seriously, you''re not in a position to pass judgement - professionals have weighed the evidence and passed a sentence. She has willfully ignored and disobeyed them and they have increased the severity of the sentence accordingly.
I just can't wait for that damning expose on the prison system she's bound to write. Orange jumpsuits and chains - and they're not even named brands!
Perhaps the question should be: "Why will PH not have the same experiences of the penal system, as other prisoners do?"

She does not. it is not like she grow to be caught purely one time using on a suspended license yet three times. i understand a dude who have been given a twelve months (served 8 months 21 days) for paying for caught using on a suspended license two times. this is the way of the international. those with money and status many times walk. I actually have a feeling that Paris Hilton is someway going to locate the thank you to ward off even this gentle sentence. She's already milking the strain and rigidity factor. the girl will in all risk have some variety of "breakdown" and finally end up going to an high priced out of ways ecu retreat for numerous months. are you able to spell rehab?

She broke the law. She deserves to be punished, and prison would be a good way to do that.
Seems like some the nutters who answered previously would have her punished in all manner of disgusting ways, for being a talentless, self publicising, arrogant waste of space. It is annoying but it isn't illegal.
Maybe we should punish the people who keep writing articles about her, taking photographs of her and keep her in the public eye instead.

Yes. Even the rich and famous have to obey the law, and she didn't. Being rich isn't a buffer against justice, even though most people believe, rightly, that you get the justice you able to pay for, but sometimes the system does work. Her pathetic campaign to get Swartsanegger's pardon didn't help her either.

Her sentence was a joke. The media ( and her ) are making a mockery of the justice system. If this had happened to any one of us, we'd have done 6 months in the County Jail, and been forgotten about. It just goes to show you that money will buy you out of anything in this country.

Sure does dude, but is getting VIP treatment. I'd have given her the full term sentence and a normal cell.
Don't think she'll learn, to thick!
Will be first time of many? If she commits 3 offences will she get life. (don't think so)
Just think of the money she'll make out of this, poor little rich girl story.
