Bush couldn't order a ham sandwich. I am sure he couldn't conjure up a tornado or a cyclone any more than he can conjure up rational thought.
And frankly I could care less how ridiculous you think Dems are. Republicants who still hang on to the notion that the worthless person who currently resides in the White House has a clue, have been entertaining us for going on 8 years now. You have it all over the Dems on ridiculous.
