iknow i shouldnt be worried since im only 13 but is 3 1/2 inches a normal size for my age? im just concerned since it seems small

No, you shouldnt be worried!
Your penis keeps growing until you reach anywhere up until age 18!
Many boys have a smaller penis than 3 1/2 inches at 13.
3 1/2 inches is completely normal, soft or hard, just give it time, it will grow.

Do not believe other guys when they say the are 6 inches or more. They are bragging and if measured correctly, they would be around 4 inches, the same as very other teen. You are totally normal for your age. You have a lot of growing to do.
Why are you worried about penis length anyway? You can't change its shape or size, so accept what nature has given you.

Was that length or width.
The more excited you become the longer it grows. So maybe it is not fully erect yet.
There is no normal for penis size....and there are lots of ways to have deep sex with a smaller penis. Guys with a longer penis can cause their girl friend pain because they are going in too deep.
Let me tell you the secret about penis length. When you are with a girl, your penis is the large, most throbbing sex machine she has ever seen, and when you break up, it is small, weak and limp, and if you get back together the reverse is again true.

Don't worry about your penile size at your age. Mine was the same when I was 13 and now I'm 29 it's only 5 inches but you should see how hot my latino wife is and she has no complaints!

i looked it up on About.com under mens health and it said you are perfectly normal and to not worry as you are not thru growing but right now at your age the article said average size is between 31/2 to 4 inches. check out the site for yourself as i scanned it for this info.

THERE IS NO NORMAL SIZE, AND AT YOUR AGE I WOULDNT WORRY ABOUT IT TOO MUCH AS YOU HAVE NOT HIT YOUR HORMONAL GROWING STREAK YET AND MAY NOT UNTIL YOU REACH THE AGE OF 17.
