Yes. He's the best worst president we've ever had. He's the best ineffective president we've ever had. He does smug best! The only nice thing I can say about the man is that he had the good sense to marry Laura......oh, & he's got nice suits.

he is mentally incapacitated right from the start. May be you meant how did American people elect him??? the answer is that they didn't. The men behind the curtains put him there and Republicans had no choice. Why did the men behind the curtains chose a mentally incapacitated? because it is easy for them to discard in case he disobeyed them.
