Everyone needs to take the law into their own hands!

That laws, and the government, are NOT intented to provide absolute protection or justice. The laws come from the people. The governement is...of the people, for the people and by the people. That means that the laws that protect the criminals are not just the laws by the governement, that are laws by YOU.

So if you don't like the laws, own them, and change them. Take control of them.

Make sure you take care to protect yourself.

You wonder why laws apply after an offender has committed a crime???? For the best reason is to ensure you have the right person that actually committed the crime. I worked in the Department Of Corrections for over 24 years and literally
have seen this "Rights Of The Accused" played to both sides!
I tried to remain impartially and open-minded hearing daily how so many of the inmates were "Not Guilty" of the crimes they had been sentenced to. The saddest obviously were the
one hundredth percent of one of them that was telling the truth!!

I think they are as bad as those that commit crimes. Hell, why don't we all break laws using that as our excuse! Can we get any more illogical? I can understand the sentiment, but we can't allow this country to become Africa!

And they do not protect the criminal. They protect all of us from the government. They have to go by the law as well. You want to sic the Los Angelas or Philadelphia police on the public to do anything they like?

I think there are circumstances that make it impossible to find justice through the courts and the only way to resolve the situation is to deal with it yourself.
The cops are usually only there to clean up the mess after a crime, you are often on your own.
Sad, but true.

Thank you. I am wondering that myself. I have a problem with someone having victimized me and people I have to share this with for legal reasons keep sympathizing with the scumbag! Yet the Court and my paperwork is on my side!
