Here are a few universities that have strong programs that you might consider in the field of cultural heritage.

Brown University http://www.brown.edu/

Columbia University http://www.columbia.edu/

UCal-Berekley http://www.berkeley.edu/

University of Michigan-Ann Arbor http://www.umich.edu/

University of Virginia http://www.virginia.edu/

Good Luck!!!

Since no one else has answered, let me point out that you may not be using the term they use in their catalog. "Cultural Heritage" sounds like a sort of unusual term for an academic department. History departments would be one place to start, and Anthropology would be relevant if you were specifically interested in the pre-historical materials. And perhaps Art History is more what you mean, so check that, too.
