Interesting this morning , i've seen at least 3 people on YA who intially felt sorry for the McCanns suddenly switch sides and start thinking like the rest of us .

Don't bet on it, Rik D. There are quite a few folks like me to who do not at all condone them leaving their babies alone but who sympathise (not support) their grief at their Madeleine paying the terrible price for it. In doing so, we do not tear their every expression, gesture & statement to pieces. We do not read deep, dark, sinister motives behind their actions. What they did was wrong; legally & morally. They will be judged by law for it, am sure. They don't need you wiseguys accusing them of "something fishy" against their baby daughter, how dramatic your posts may seem for it.
As for Dave S & his reality sandwich, - he seriously needs to understand that there are sandwiches & sandwiches, all reality based, but with equally tempting many different combos. Hope he can digest this.

Clareonebelt. I too noticed that about the same user. He is very abusive to anyone who dares question the McCanns. Watch out for his wife on here also.
I always was anti McCann anyhow from about three weeks ago, but yes I have seen the turn, with alot of new ones jumping on the pro bandwagon.
Must add of course, as a mum, I hope poor Mad is safe and found soon, of course.

Do you know what I have noticed, a certain person who is keen to call us the 'anti mccann mob' and claim that we are ignorant and abusive, used to just ask questions about why the British public believe the lies about the BNP when they are really looking out for our best interests!!! I'm not saying that you have to be a small minded bigot to suppport the McCanns.......

If we all sign we can get something done - make people look into the true facts and not spin doctor lies - leaving 3 children alone is unlawful. I did not start this petiton but please I beg pass it on to all you can for the sake of our futures.

Ive noticed it too. The tide is turning Rik, a little slower than I would have liked, but its finally turning!!! :)
