Hi All,

I have started feeling tired and weak towards evenings from the past 2 weeks or so. The work is not very hectic, for this to be attributed. I smoke around 5 - 6 cigs a day and from the past 2 days am smoking 1 cig a day. i have normal food and have started eating 2 bananas in the noon after lunch and take 2 capsules of cod liver oil (morning and night).

I feel weak and tired towards evening and am fresh after the sleep.

Please suggest

I feel tired and weak and just want to sleep. I find this happening when i am hungry. But this never happened previously when i was hungry.

During this time i do not feel like doing any thing, leave out excercising.

Please suggest

I will tell you something that sounds contradictory, but it worked for me. I felt exatcly like you, and I started to work out a bit in the evening (a little jogging, or some aerobics or even pilates etc). I feel like I wake up after it, I am much more active and less sleepy! I think it is because i get more oxygen into my system. Eating more fruit will also help.

Maybe your life is becoming too mundane and youre just going through the motions to finish each day. Try going on vacation or picking up a new hobby or start doing something you use to enjoy alot but dont make time to do anymore. You need a change it sounds like.
