Yeah, that could be downright kind of funny in that context if you're looking for a good laugh--but seriously, that's just pure selfishness and could be downright evil. Why would you want to manipulate everyone around you? Free will, after all, is all we've got.

no, as ruling the person needs to be fair and understanding, no dictatorship,

but hey it is not a bad ideal, rule the minds of the idiots who do wrong.

Its not wrong to want it if you want to change bad people into good. It not bad to want it but to go ahead and try to act on it people might think you are nuts.
