I can't imagine GW ever sleeps well at night. Or does he? Is he aware of himself? Of what he has created? It must be the most pressure anybody has ever faced!! How does he do it? Is he empathetic? Apathetic? I wonder how he views this through the prism of his faith. Does this war affirm his faith? Does he ever think of himself as in error? Does he admit this at least to himself, if not to the world? Is he scared? Or is he still sure that he is on a mission from God?

I think Dubya has finally realized that he took on a job for which he was never qualified, but he can't resign now without looking even more a fool than he already does. Three failed oil companies, the managing partnership of a lackluster baseball team and the governorship of a relatively backward state like Texas does not a president make.

I truly believe the guy is just plain evil.

In my 56 years on this planet I have disliked a lot of presidents, and I am not one to hate easily. But this man I truly hate. He has brought more death and more destruction on the planet and our life then any president that I can imagine with a hell of lot of dishonor. Johnson, at least he had a conscience. Bush is the epitome of a uncaring robot mind.

I'm not really sure what to make of him, from who is pulling his strings, to that the guy is truly brilliant with a thoughtless twisted mind.

What I am very ashamed of is the dems didn't boot him out of office and in the process, tell the world, never again.

He has a lotttttt of people around him kissing his *ss, propping him up, telling him how wonderful he is... and, showing him a mirror with someone else's face painted on it. As long as he helps his daddie's rich friends, and gets whatever he does from them - can't imagine all the "kick-backs," keeps pretending he was really in the military like the those in Iraq, and he believes he REally is the commander ... he doesn't think of the troops as real people, only those whom he needs to do his dirty work, I feel so bad for those serving in our military, today, because they are trained to be the best, and have a fool in the white house putting them in harm's way - our military personnel are ready and willing to do whatever they are asked, and I am very proud of them!
he probably counts his money at night which can be quite strenuous, and puts him into a deep slumber from the fatigue of it all. And has a nanny to sing him to sleep.
And, what about poor Laura... :(
Lastly; delusion must be a nice bed-fellow.

Note: WE do have a way to stop him, it's called elections, impeachment, a congress which can bring him to task - alas, there are not enough votes in congress to accomplish what "we the people" expect and insist on.
Voting is one of the best ways to change our direction, without "fixed" elections, dubai voting machines, and ensuring that EVERYONE gets to vote, and every vote is counted!

As much as I don't like him as a president, and pretty much as a person. I admit I do feel for him sometimes. Especially the "how can he sleep at night?" part. I wouldn't want to be him for a minute. Sure he has a LOT of people who think is he God. But worse than that..he has even more people who hate him and would kill him if they had the chance. I wouldn't want to be that kind of person. But that's what happens when you enter the world of politics. You become really opinionated, and no matter what kind of opinion you have, you will have people opposed to it and will attack you at every turn. But it was his choice to run for president. But back to the sleeping thing. I can guarentee you he probably takes one of the best medically prescribed sleeping pills. Unless he has no conscience at all and just sleeps like a baby with a smile on his face not really caring that he is responsible for a war that never had to happen.

The " decider " abides, just like the Dude in the Big Lebowski. I think life has to deal witth him, not the other way around.
I guess George is angry about a lot of things that are not going well. His war is kind of a non-starter with most Americans, his own party is struggling with attemtps to distance its self from him, his failed presidency and the low regards most of the 'Murkin' people feel towards him. And kind of like Rodney Dangerfield, he can't get any respect.
In the end, he is a fool, a nitwit and is culpable for the deaths of thousands of innocent people thanks to his bogus war. I hope he never has another quiet night's sleep for the rest of his life.

Oddly, Bush could have been a heroic president. Faced with a national disaster he could have risen above his own limits and flaws. For a brief moment in history everything stopped and waited for a better, stronger and more competent George Bush to emerge. Sadly, that never happened, and even sadder, he knows that in spite of historical opportunity, he failed. Instead of 'being' the leader of country in peril, he 'acted' like the leader of a country in peril....flight suits....Axis of Evil...."I'm the Decider!" Smoke and mirrors...shuck and jive. Instead of responsibility, he blamed, or allowed others to apportion blame. 'The liberals'...America haters...cut and run....'the 'left'....Hollywood....The 'democrats...'The French'. And now, at the end of his administration he's deserted, alone and increasingly out of touch. Bush is almost the perfect picture of the 'tragic hero'......brought down by flaws that he could have, or should have overcome. Sad...so sad..tragic!

Just look at a photo of him in 2000 and compare it to today.

The job of President ages men badly. Especially when you're doing a half-assed job of it all like Shrub is doing.

He's never had a life. He's always been controlled by others.
THis is the most empathy I will ever write about the man.
He may claim, with a smirk, that he's 'commander in chief' (the title isn't worth caps.), but there's nothing presidential about him...nor will there ever be. He is a pawn of republican (also not worth caps.) presidential puppetry.

FINALLY!!!!!!

Someone who correctly identified what's wrong with this Administration. George Bush will forever be known as the man who destroyed America. The more people who realize that, the better.
