now. i knoe this is an obvious damn question. but its a question for my final so id rather have a bunch of peoples oippinion on how it effected the us in their eyes or if you have the urge..how it effected you so i can have a more deeper more explanitory answer rather than just my oppinion.

Worst tragedy I as a young adult ever experienced in my country.
Invoked fear and anger on the perpetrators, thus, support for the war.
A sense of unity to all other Americans in a non-partisan way, too bad it only lasted a couple months...

The actual realization that we were now in a war against religious jihadists.

Overall overwhelming sadness.

Post traumatic syndromes for those who experienced the event. Elicited the feeling of xenophobia and a sense of isolationism for American people.

i didn't really care thought it was cool, thought you people were hysterical from the start.

i remember 93, delta force, chuck norris, the berlin olympics, mogidishu, columbine, and i saw the movie i wasn't surprised at all. just another day in wonderland baby.
